Shipments and returns

Your shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 5-7 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking.  

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order and this can be done by selecting 'hold for 12'.  By choosing this method we are able to provide you with the best shipping rate.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

You must be 21 years of age. You need a valid ID. We will not arrange to have your wine left at the backdoor or under the porch.  A business address is best.  No common carrier will deliver wine to a P.O. Box.

We cannot currently ship to the following states. This list is subject to change at any time due to the nebulous interstate wine shipping laws.  If there is a sudden change we will take care of whatever issue arises.  We are here to help.

If you live in a state listed here please provide us with a shipping address in a state we can ship to.
All wine is shipped from our temperature controlled warehouse. We ship in the spring and the fall to minimize the effects of weather on the wines during transit. If you would like to ship outside of these seasons (don't do this) please contact us by email or call.  We prefer to ship in full case quantities to minimize the shipping costs for the consumer. We will hold your bottles until you have filled a case in our warehouse unless you contact us to ship earlier.  Shipping is expensive, take us up on this.  But please note that this will obviously delay your shipments so order some more wine so we can ship you a full case.

Please be aware of all applicable shipping laws in your state regarding receiving wine. It is the sole responsibility of the person receiving the wine to comply with local regulations regarding shipping. Title on all wine passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of Washington. We make no claims as to your legal right to receive wine in your state. If you require that your wine be shipped, you authorize Dabble Wine to contact a common carrier on your behalf.  Again,  please know your state wine shipping laws.

You can cancel any order up to one month after you have been billed but we will charge a 25% cancellation and restocking fee for any order that has been billed to you. You may cancel an order anytime before you have been billed without penalty.
